Presto! BizCard 5.6 is a tool that helps to manage your contact database and to create business cards in English or pan-European language.

Presto BizCard can be easily used to search and manage contacts. The RecoreR OCR engine helps in recognizing the card data with ease. The SFIT or the Smart field identification technology helps in inserting the scanned data into the right columns.

Batch processing options helps in processing many cards at a single point of time. Contact information can be easily managed, categorized and updated. Dual sided images can also be saved effectively. The cards can be found in jiffy using the search manager. The smart label producer provides with ready to use templates that can be customized for perfect label printing.

The contact data can also be shared with other applications using the CSV file format. The contact can be directly linked to the contacts URL as well as email. All the contact data information can be transferred easily to any PDA device. It also helps in synchronizing any address book data from software such as Microsoft Entourage, NowContact, FileMaker, Palm Desktop software and portable Palm PDA etc.
